Her spirit—entrepreneurial, generous, and full of joy—guides us each day.

Kevin Sells, second-generation property owner inherited this land from Bonnie, igniting the spark that would grow into The Shiloh Ranch. With his wife Brigita and children by his side, Kevin transformed a cherished dream into reality—a space filled with purpose and connection.

Bonnie Clareece Felski Sells -the matriarch of our family - the woman who started it all with her entrepreneurial spirit, generous heart, and love for meaningful experiences. She believed in celebrating life, cherishing time with family, and creating space for joy.
She always saw her 150-acre stretch of Texas ranchland as full of potential. Today, that same land has become the foundation for The Shiloh Ranch.
